The Vantron VT-SBC-SMARC-8MP Computer-on-Module is a compact embedded module developed for smart retail, self-service terminals, industrial automation, intelligent medical applications, and digital media. Built on the SMARC 2.1 standard, it is powered by the NXP® i.MX 8M Plus processor with dual- or quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPU options, delivering reliable performance for industrial and IoT applications. The module features 2GB LPDDR4 memory, 16GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and measures 82 × 50 mm, providing a scalable platform that simplifies carrier-board integration while supporting reliable long-term embedded deployments. It supports the Linux operating system.
Supporting multiple displays, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB 2.0, and USB 3.0, the module provides flexible connectivity for a wide range of embedded systems. Rich interface options and expansion capabilities make it suitable for custom carrier-board designs, while its industrial operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C (optional -40°C to +85°C) ensures dependable operation in demanding environments.
