The Vantron VPC-R5744 In-Vehicle AI Box PC is a rugged edge computing platform engineered for intelligent transportation and connected vehicle applications. Powered by Intel® 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Core™ desktop processors, it combines high-performance computing with a robust hardware architecture for vehicle control, data acquisition and real-time decision support. The system supports up to 96GB DDR5 memory, dual front-accessible 2.5-inch HDD/SSD bays with software RAID, multiple M.2 expansion slots, and Windows 10/11 IoT, with Linux available upon request.
 
Designed for demanding mobile environments, the VPC-R5744 features one Gigabit Ethernet port, four rugged M12 2.5GbE PoE+ ports, isolated CAN, RS232/485/422, DI/DO, USB 3.2, optional 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GNSS connectivity, plus support for up to four independent 4K displays. Its fanless IP50 enclosure, wide 9–60V DC input with ignition control, operating temperature of -40°C to 70°C (35W CPU), TPM 2.0, Intel® iAMT and hardware monitoring provide a secure, highly reliable platform for long-term in-vehicle edge deployments.
