Vantron VOSM350 System-on-Module (SoM)
The Vantron VOSM350 System-on-Module (SoM) is a compact embedded module developed for handheld devices, industrial IoT, fitness equipment, and other edge AI applications requiring voice and vision processing. Powered by the MediaTek MT8365 (G350) quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 processor running at up to 2.0GHz, it integrates an Arm Mali-G52 GPU, a Cadence® Tensilica® VP6 APU for AI and computer vision, and a HiFi4 audio DSP for advanced voice processing. The module features 4GB LPDDR4 memory and 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage as standard, with optional 2GB memory and 16GB storage configurations. Measuring 45 × 45 × 3.97 mm, its OSM V1.1-compliant LGA package simplifies carrier-board integration while supporting long-term embedded product development.
Featuring integrated Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth® 5.2, the VOSM350 provides reliable wireless connectivity for modern IoT devices. It supports Android 10+, Linux Yocto, and Linux distributions upon request, while offering 1080p60 H.265/H.264/JPEG encoding and 1080p60 H.265/H.264/VP9 decoding for multimedia applications. With an extended service life of 7+ years, the VOSM350 is well suited for intelligent edge devices that require compact dimensions, low power consumption, AI acceleration, and dependable long-term availability.
