Vantron VOSM2290 System-on-Module (SoM)
The Vantron VOSM2290 System-on-Module (SoM) is a compact Computer-on-Module developed for retail POS systems, industrial handheld devices, camera applications, and other embedded IoT devices. Powered by the Qualcomm® QCS2290 quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 processor running at up to 2.0GHz, it integrates an Adreno™ 702 GPU and a Qualcomm® Hexagon™ DSP for multimedia acceleration, voice processing, and enhanced power efficiency. The module features 4GB LPDDR4x memory, 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and measures 45 × 45 × 2.79 mm. It supports Android 13 and later and offers an extended product lifecycle of 7+ years.
With integrated Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth® 5.0, the VOSM2290 provides reliable wireless connectivity for connected embedded devices. The module also supports 1080p H.265/H.264 video encoding and decoding, OpenGL ES 3.1, OpenCL 2.0, Vulkan 1.1, and an image signal processor supporting cameras up to 25 MP, making it well suited for multimedia, machine vision, smart retail, and industrial edge applications. Its compact LGA package simplifies system integration while helping reduce development time and accelerate time-to-market.
