The Innodisk EGP2-X4S1 is an M.2 expansion module designed for industrial applications requiring reliable serial communications. It offers four isolated RS-422/RS-485 ports to ensure stable data transmission in challenging environments. Built with port-to-host isolation and meeting IEC 60950-1 safety standards, it provides effective protection against interference and electrical faults.
 
Compliant with PCI Express Rev. 2.0, it supports serial data rates from 4800 bps to 1.5 Mbps, featuring 16C550-compatible UART and 256-byte FIFOs. The module includes configurable termination resistors and RS-422/485 modes via DIP switches and operates across a wide industrial temperature range (-40ºC to 85ºC) with strong ESD protection.
