The Vantron VOSM93 System-on-Module (SoM) is a compact Computer-on-Module developed for industrial HMI, industrial vision, EV charging, edge IoT, and other low-power embedded applications. Powered by the NXP® i.MX9352 processor, it combines a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU running at up to 1.7GHz, an Arm® Cortex®-M33 real-time co-processor, and a 0.5 TOPS Micro NPU for efficient machine learning acceleration. The module features 2GB LPDDR4x memory, 16GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and measures 45 × 45 mm. It supports Linux Yocto and offers an extended product lifecycle of 7+ years.

 

With integrated Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth® 5.0, the VOSM93 provides reliable connectivity for connected edge devices and industrial gateways. The module also offers a wide range of embedded interface signals, enabling flexible integration across a variety of applications while maintaining a compact footprint through its LGA package. Designed for industrial environments, the VOSM93 is well suited for industrial automation, intelligent HMIs, machine vision, EV charging systems, and other embedded solutions requiring low power consumption, reliable connectivity, and long-term availability.
