Vantron VOSM700 System-on-Module (SoM)
The Vantron VOSM700 System-on-Module (SoM) is a compact Computer-on-Module designed for edge AI, industrial automation, healthcare, and smart city applications. Powered by the MediaTek MT8390 processor, it combines two Arm® Cortex®-A78 cores running at 2.2GHz with six Cortex®-A55 cores at 2.0GHz, together with an Arm Mali-G57 MC3 GPU and a 5th-generation MediaTek NPU delivering up to 4 TOPS of AI performance. The module features 4GB LPDDR4x memory, 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and measures 45 × 45 mm. It also offers an extended product lifecycle of 7+ years for long-term embedded deployments.
The module provides a comprehensive set of interfaces, including PCIe 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 OTG, DisplayPort, eDP, HDMI, 4-lane MIPI DSI, 4-lane MIPI CSI, RGMII with TSN support, SDIO, SPI, UART, I²C, I²S, PWM, GPIO, ADC, and JTAG. Supporting Android and Linux Yocto, with optional BlueSphere MDM for Android device management, the VOSM700 is well suited for intelligent edge devices requiring compact dimensions, efficient AI processing, multimedia capabilities, and reliable long-term operation.
