Vantron VOSM568 System-on-Module (SoM)

The Vantron VOSM568 System-on-Module (SoM) is a compact embedded module developed for edge computing and AI-enabled applications. Powered by the Rockchip RK3568 quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 processor running at up to 2.0GHz, it integrates a Mali-G52-2EE GPU and an NPU delivering up to 1 TOPS. The standard configuration includes 2GB LPDDR4 memory and 16GB eMMC 5.1 storage, with optional 4GB memory and 64GB storage. Measuring 45 × 45 × 1 mm, it complies with OSM V1.1, supporting direct soldering and simplified carrier-board integration.

 

The module includes onboard Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth® 5.0 and supports HDMI 2.0, eDP, LVDS, MIPI DSI, MIPI CSI, RGMII Ethernet, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, PCIe 3.0 and CAN. It supports Android 11, Linux Yocto and Debian 10, with other Linux distributions available upon request. With an optional operating range of -40°C to +85°C and an extended service life of 7+ years, the VOSM568 is suited to healthcare devices, industrial IoT systems and fitness equipment.
