Integrity policy at HIGHTECH NORDIC AB

The protection of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. We will use information that can identify you. This applies in part to the information you choose to provide us or that which is collected through your use of our website, social media, e-mail, SMS, telephone calls and other electronic messages. Data can also come from publicly available information on social networks and other public sources. All handling and processing of this information takes place in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

This privacy policy specifies the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data that you choose to share when you communicate with us by phone, email and letter and when you visit HIGHTECH's website www.hightechnordic.com (below called "website”). The personal data controller according to the law is HIGHTECH NORDIC AB, 559097-1437 (hereinafter referred to as "HIGHTECH", "we" or "us"). Our supervisory authority is Datainspektionen (www.datainspektionen.se). If you believe that we have processed your personal data in violation of this privacy policy or applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

1. Information collected through use of our website and use of the information

a. Contact form

Our website gives you the opportunity to provide us with information by filling in a contact form, for example to sign up for our newsletter, request a quote, to receive information about our services/products or to register your interest in a vacant position at HIGH TECH. The information you then provide to us may include your name, address, email address and telephone number, age, date of birth as well as information about your employer, your role and the type of interests you have in our products and services.

provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those you have already booked, rented, purchased or inquired about (unless you have asked us not to provide you with such information);

b. Log information

When you visit our website, we collect standardized internet log information and details about the visitor's behavior patterns, such as:

date and time of your visit

type and version of the browser you are using

operating system

the complete URL clickstream to, through, and from our website (e.g., websites you have visited and products you have viewed or searched for, website response times, download errors, length of visit to certain pages, page interaction (e.g. eg scrolling, clicks and mouseovers) and methods used to scroll away from the page)

the time zone setting, browser extension and system administration version.

 

This anonymous data enables us to further develop and improve our website. We will not attempt to discover your identity as a result of your visit to our website. We also will not link data collected in this way with personally identifiable information from another source to identify you.

C. Use of Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer to facilitate analysis of your use of our website. 2. Storage and transfer of information to third parties
